R&D Department takes important role to analyze and study new approach to the best solution. We provide various production application and technology for our all customers. We aim to make better future and hope to beautify our environment.
R&D Dep. divides to three parts as follow:
Various precise equipments for R&D Dep. production line use or research specification as Viscosity meter、Rheology meter、Exposure instrument、Polymerization synthesis、Photo detector、Optical density meter and etc. We invite professional experts for team staff training courses. In addition, R&D Dep. will support the marketing plans of Sales Dep. to persuade the customers’ receptions with scientific or technical literature, abundant database that in accordance with business news, product information and in our company. With the quality and scientific technology management, our R&D Dep. aims at studying efficiency and quality controlling stability by TAGUCHI ROBUST DESIGN、DOE、RSM、SIX SIGMA、SPC. Our R&D team plays the leading role in this field with the attitude of 「To be the expert first, then to be the winner」and strides forward stability, innovation of the targets.
We keep promoting production technology, including simplifying process, enhancing efficiency, increasing the output quantity. Meanwhile, R&D Dep. assist and support customers to advance their technology.
Main Technology
In terms of technology, we have two core technologies as follows:
Vacuum Metallizing：
To utilize some special material, such as Ag (silver), Al (aluminum), W (tungsten), ZnS and special high-performance coating deal with on paper, cardboard, plastic film via technology of vacuum metallized and accurate coating.
NONG BAO & JLM LI MEI ‘s quality management system has complied with and been certified to the ISO 9001 standard since 2010.
In addition, since 2021, we have passed the FSC certification, which shows that our FSC products meet the highest social and environmental standards on the market.
In 2017, we implemented an innovative quality management manual to demonstrate our commitment to quality and streamline the communication process. Hence, we received ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system certificate at May 2017(The latest version is valid till June 2022). It is a great honor and affirmation to us. We will continue to offer excellent product quality and innovative services wholeheartedly for our customer to provide a good protection.
We obtained FSCTM COC (Chain of Custody Certification) certification in 2021. (The latest version is valid till January 2026).
We provide the most reliable confirmation of environmental and social responsibility for products entering the market.
